Indonesia's Prabowo says free press vital for democracy, calls for unity

Indonesia president-elect Prabowo Subianto on Wednesday said a free press was vital for Indonesia's democracy and called for unity to take the country forward, as he vowed to fight for all Indonesians.

Prabowo, who is set to be inaugurated as president in October, was speaking at a ceremony where he was being confirmed as the winner of the Feb. 14 election.
