Clashes Erupt in Bhopal Over Alleged Nursing College Scam: Several Injured

Madhya Pradesh Congress President Jitu Patwari and several NSUI leaders sustained injuries during a protest march in Bhopal on Monday. The demonstration, aimed at highlighting the alleged nursing college scam, saw police using water cannons and tear gas to disperse the participants.
According to the Congress workers, the police also resorted to lathi-charge, a claim the police denied. As many as 30 protesters were detained and later released according to the authorities.
The National Students Union of India (NSUI), the campus wing of the Congress, organized the march to address the alleged nursing college scam, NEET paper leak, and the Agnipath recruitment scheme. Jitu Patwari, who was injured, stated that he will file a police complaint. Meanwhile, NSUI leaders like Ashutosh Chouksey and Varun Chaudhary were also reportedly injured.
