Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized Pakistan for its ongoing proxy war tactics during the 25th Kargil Vijay Diwas, stressing that its nefarious designs will be thwarted.
Modi paid tribute to the soldiers who sacrificed their lives in the Kargil War, recalling the intense and high-altitude operations they conducted.
Highlighting India's efforts for peace and development, Modi pointed to significant advancements in Ladakh and Jammu and Kashmir since the abrogation of Article 370, as well as progress in the domestic defence industry.
