Congress leader Vijay Wadettiwar has criticized the Eknath Shinde-led Maharashtra government for a significant deterioration in the law and order situation, suggesting the imposition of President's rule.
Speaking to PTI Videos, Wadettiwar, the Leader of Opposition in the Maharashtra legislative assembly, highlighted that more than 200 violent incidents had occurred recently, showcasing the government's failure.
Deeming the home department ineffective and preoccupied with politics, he called the administration a complete failure. Wadettiwar labeled the death of two children in Gadchiroli due to inadequate medical facilities as 'shocking,' questioning the roles of the health and guardian ministers.
