TDP MLA Suspended Amid Sexual Harassment Allegations

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) state president P Srinivas Rao has suspended K Adimulam, an MLA representing Satyavedu assembly constituency, over allegations of sexually harassing a woman. The woman held a press conference where she presented evidence against him. The TDP has taken serious note and acted promptly.

K Adimulam, who represents the SC-reserved Satyavedu assembly constituency, is accused of harassing a woman. The accusations were made public by the victim during a press conference held at Somajiguda Press Club in Hyderabad on Thursday. She also claimed to have caught the MLA on camera.

Responding to the allegations, TDP issued an official statement on Thursday, stressing that they have taken severe note of the situation and decided to suspend Adimulam from the party.
