The BJP has called on AAP leader Arvind Kejriwal to embody the 'spirit of service' from the RSS, setting aside what they termed as his 'political moves.' This statement comes as a response to Kejriwal's recent letter to RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat, accusing the BJP of manipulating the electoral process in Delhi.
Kejriwal's letter alleged that names were being deleted from the voter rolls and money was being distributed by the BJP to secure votes ahead of the upcoming assembly polls. He queried Bhagwat on his stance regarding these alleged 'wrong activities.'
Reacting vigorously, BJP national spokesperson Sudhanshu Trivedi criticized Kejriwal's move as an attempt to seek 'media attention.' Trivedi highlighted the work of Seva Bharati, an RSS-affiliated organization focused on welfare activities, urging Kejriwal to learn from their service-oriented approach. He addressed these points during a press conference at the BJP headquarters.
