Madan Rathore, a Rajya Sabha MP from the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), has been reelected unopposed as the party's Rajasthan state president. Rathore emphasized that his role is more a responsibility than a mere position, focusing on strengthening the party and its unity. He previously assumed this role in July 2024.

Addressing reporters, Rathore expressed his commitment to living up to the expectations of the BJP leadership and utilizing the dedication of party workers, whom he referred to as the party's 'capital.' His re-election came after a unanimous decision, with no other nominations filed for the position, marking a continuation of his efforts to unify and reinforce the party's structure.

Rathore attributed his guiding principles to the BJP and the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), highlighting the party's cohesive nature at an event attended by state Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma. Additionally, the process of internal elections was discussed by former Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani. Under Rathore's leadership, the party aims to strengthen its booth-level outreach, according to BJP MP Damodar Agarwal.
