Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to inaugurate more than 20 projects during his upcoming visit to Mauritius. These projects, funded by India, range from capacity-building initiatives to community-centered infrastructure developments, highlighting the strong bilateral ties between the two nations.
Among the key developments, Modi will jointly inaugurate the newly constructed Civil Services College alongside Mauritian Prime Minister Navin Ramgoolam. The project, completed at a cost of USD 4.75 million, signifies a collaborative effort to enhance governmental capacities.
Additional projects include health centers, sports facilities, and infrastructure upgrades, underscoring India's commitment to Mauritius. The visit also anticipates the signing of a new Memorandum of Understanding regarding a line of credit for replacing water pipes, further cementing these diplomatic ties.
