Karnataka MLA Threatens to Resign Amid Allegations of Administrative Collapse

Bharamgouda Alagouda Kage, the Congress MLA representing Kagwad, has threatened to resign over what he describes as an 'administrative collapse' in Karnataka. Kage expressed his frustrations about delayed developmental projects, claiming no progress in his constituency for two years.

In a statement reflecting similar concerns, MLA B R Patil from Aland accused the government of being stagnant and corrupt, specifically in public works. Kage supported these claims and disclosed that announced projects, worth Rs 25 crore, have not begun due to unissued work orders.

BJP's state president, B Y Vijayendra, attacked the Congress government, describing it as having pervasive corruption. He asserted that Congress MLAs' protests indicate a significant governance failure. He called for Governor Thaawarchand Gehlot to take prompt action in light of these claims.
