Rahul Gandhi, the Leader of Opposition, will kick off his 'Voter Adhikar Yatra' on Sunday, embarking on a 1,300 km journey across Bihar. This initiative is part of the Congress' campaign to highlight what it alleges as 'vote chori,' or vote theft, by the ruling government.

Accompanied by RJD's Tejashwi Yadav and other Mahagathbandhan allies, Gandhi aims to rally support for safeguarding democratic rights. The yatra, which is both on foot and by vehicle, concludes with a significant rally in Patna, on September 1, aimed at energizing the electorate just three months ahead of the Assembly elections.

Congress' media head Pawan Khera claims the BJP's alleged disenfranchisement of Dalit, Adivasi, and minority voters is a larger conspiracy to erode democratic rights. Khera emphasized the party's commitment to defending constitutional rights and accused the Election Commission of aligning with the BJP.
