Mumbai Congress president Varsha Gaikwad has levied serious allegations against the BJP, accusing them of disregarding marginalized communities in both the central and Maharashtra governments.
Speaking on the 69th Mahaparinirvan Diwas of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar, Gaikwad alleged that the BJP's admiration for Ambedkar is merely a facade, as atrocities against Dalits, backward communities, and women have increased. She also accused the government of mishandling social justice funds and ignoring complaints.
Gaikwad reiterated that the BJP and RSS have never truly embraced the Constitution, claiming that the current government is undermining democratic principles and expressing concerns over potential attempts to alter the Constitution.
