The 6th Session of the 18th Lok Sabha is set to convene at 11 am on Thursday, prioritizing discussions on Delhi-NCR's escalating air pollution crisis under Rule 193. Prominent MPs, including Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Kanimozhi Karunanidhi, will voice public health concerns over the deteriorating air quality.

The House session will commence with tributes to the late former MPs Darur Pullaiah, Prof. Mahadeorao Shiwankar, Kusuma Krishna Murthy, and Shamanur Shivashankarappa. Following the remembrances, ministers such as Nirmala Sitharaman and Pankaj Chaudhary will lay papers from their respective ministries, addressing important policy matters.

Additionally, the Secretary General will report messages from the Rajya Sabha on key bills, while members will present committee reports on agriculture, foreign relations, and rural development. Key legislative tasks on the agenda include discussing the Viksit Bharat - Guarantee for Rozgar Bill and seeking extensions for various amendments.
