In a recent steering committee meeting, leaders of Kerala Congress (M) reaffirmed their allegiance to the Left Democratic Front (LDF), dismissing rumors of a potential shift in alliance. Minister Roshy Augustine noted that the party remains steady in its commitments despite circulating speculations.
Augustine addressed inquiries about internal conflicts, asserting that while differing opinions may arise, the party ultimately follows the decisions established by its committees. The party's stance has been clearly articulated by its chairman, Jose K Mani, reiterating a firm continuation within LDF.
LDF convener T P Ramakrishnan and CPI state secretary Binoy Viswam both expressed confidence in Kerala Congress (M)'s steadfast alignment with the Left Front. Amidst evaluations of local body election outcomes, preparations are underway for the forthcoming Assembly elections, the leaders assured.
