Welcomed by enthusiastic party members at the airport, Pilot emphasized that each political party naturally seeks representation in government to better serve the populace.

Addressing media queries, Pilot commended the performance of the incumbent DMK government, insisting it had garnered public approval. He dismissed the prospect of BJP and NDA gaining traction in Tamil Nadu politics, asserting that their attempts would be in vain against the well-established regional influence of the ruling coalition.

Despite the DMK's current refusal to share governing power, Pilot highlighted Congress's significant vote share and ongoing commitment to challenge BJP and NDA, with a continued focus on alliances to defeat them electorally.
