Field Marshal Khalifa Abu-al-Qasim Haftar, Commander-in-Chief of the Libyan Arab Armed Forces, held talks with Pakistan's Chief of Defence Forces, Asim Munir, on Monday, focusing on enhancing bilateral military cooperation.
The meeting, which took place at the General Headquarters in Rawalpindi, included Lt Gen Saddam Khalifa Haftar and emphasized sustained collaboration and engagement between the armed forces of both countries.
Munir reaffirmed Pakistan's dedication to fostering peace and stability in Libya, reflecting the longstanding amicable relationship between the nations. This conference follows a $4 billion defense equipment agreement between Pakistan and Libya.
