The Kerala Assembly has taken a bold step by passing a resolution urging the central government to cease its alleged neglect of the state and fulfill its rightful demands.
Lacking the presence of the Congress-led UDF opposition, this resolution spearheaded by Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, highlights several grievances against the Union government.
Key issues include the absence of crucial projects like an AIIMS and a high-speed rail corridor in the Union Budget, as well as financial restrictions imposed on the state affecting disaster-hit areas like Wayanad.
