Union Home Minister Amit Shah revealed the BJP's strategy for tribal development in Assam during a rally in Dudhnoi, asserting that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Assam's Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma have laid out a comprehensive roadmap.
He urged voters to back the BJP to ensure the roadmap's implementation, criticizing Congress for never making an Adivasi woman the country's President, a feat accomplished under Modi with Droupadi Murmu.
Addressing recent violence in Meghalaya's Garo hills, Shah alleged that infiltrators, aiming for power by marrying tribal women, were to blame. Promising to remove these influences, he claimed BJP's continuity would restore Assam's peace, warning of chaos if Congress secured any upcoming electoral seats.
