Krithika Swamy, maintaining she completed all required procedures, realized her exclusion only when arriving to vote, while her parents' names remained intact.

Swamy expressed frustration over the absence of grievance redressal mechanisms and criticized officials' lack of accountability in addressing what she termed a violation of her constitutional rights.
