Judiciary should appreciate urgency for Ayodhya verdict: Sahasrabuddhe

Crores of Indians believe the judiciary should appreciate their urgency for a quicker verdict on the Ayodhya dispute, Bharatiya Janata Party national Vice President Vinay Sahasrabuddhe said on Wednesday.

"About Ayodhya, everybody knows that not only a particular political party, in this case, BJP, but crores of Indians believe that judiciary should appreciate the element of the urgency of the people, who on their part, expect delivery of the verdict sooner than later," he told reporters here.

His comment comes after he was asked to react to the development that a newly-constituted five-judge bench of the Supreme Court is due to hear the Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid title dispute on February 26.
