EU wants to open Moldova accession talks as soon as possible, Kallas says

European Union foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas said on Friday that there was no exact date yet on opening talks on Moldova's accession to the bloc, but added that the EU wanted to open them as soon as possible.
"I cannot say yet exactly when negotiations on Moldova's accession to the EU will begin," she said during a joint press conference with Moldova's President Maia Sandu.
