Nitin Nabin, the president of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), is set to land in Bhubaneswar for a significant two-day engagement in Odisha. This marks Nabin's inaugural visit to the state in his capacity as BJP chief.
Upon his arrival on Sunday night, Nabin will engage in a packed schedule on Monday, including a crucial state core committee meeting at the party's Odisha headquarters and inaugurating the Pandit Deendayal Training Maha Abhiyan-2026 camp.
Reflecting the party's commitment to fiscal restraint, a modest reception is planned as per Prime Minister Narendra Modi's austerity call. The visit will also see Nabin offering prayers at the Jagannath temple in Puri before he departs for Delhi on Monday evening.
