President Donald Trump on Wednesday voiced dissatisfaction with ongoing talks with Iran, stressing that there is no discussion about easing sanctions against the nation.

During a cabinet meeting at the White House, Trump highlighted Iran's strong interest in reaching a deal, but noted that a satisfactory agreement has not yet been achieved. "We are not satisfied yet, but will be once conditions are met or necessary actions are taken," he remarked.

Trump asserted that any potential deal would involve the immediate opening of the Strait of Hormuz under international oversight, rejecting any individual nation's control, and cautioned Oman and others against unilateral actions in the region.
