In a recent address, Uttar Pradesh Minister Om Prakash Rajbhar defended the government's decision to increase the prices of commercial LPG cylinders, citing it as a strategic move to hinder hoarding activities. Price adjustments, which saw an increment of up to Rs 42 in both Delhi and Kolkata, are believed to align with ongoing governmental efforts to stabilize supplies.

Responding to Rahul Gandhi's allegations against the CBSE's modernized evaluation process, Rajbhar asserted that the government's operational strategies are made independently of external political critique. He emphasized the administration's focus on national security, citizens' welfare, and the advancement of students and youth, dismissing any influence from opposition rhetoric.

Touched upon the expansion of the Bengal cabinet, Rajbhar justified the induction of 35 new ministers as an essential step towards effective governance. He also commented on the recent developments involving MP Abhishek Banerjee and the enforcement actions against him, signaling a response to procedural inquiries by investigative agencies.

Further discussing the political climate in Bengal, Rajbhar criticized the internal dynamics of the TMC, suggesting possible discordance among its members. Meanwhile, he highlighted the significant commercial LPG price adjustments to Rs 3,113.50 in Delhi and Rs 3,255.50 in Kolkata, set against the backdrop of ongoing geopolitical energy challenges, with assurances from the Union Petroleum Ministry on the nation's fuel reserve adequacy.
