In a decisive move, the INDIA bloc, representing a coalition of opposition parties, announced plans to approach the Chief Justice of India regarding alleged electoral malpractices and vote theft linked to the Special Intensive Revision. This decision was finalized during a prominent meeting in New Delhi on Monday.
Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, speaking at a media briefing, revealed that the alliance is collectively demanding the resignation of the Union Education Minister over issues impacting students in NEET and CBSE examinations. The bloc emphasized maintaining institutional integrity and plans systematic meetings every two months to refine their political strategy.
With the Monsoon Session of Parliament on the horizon, the alliance is crafting a robust legislative strategy. Regular strategy discussions are planned within the office of the Leader of the Opposition to present a unified front. Kharge also urged the government for an all-party meeting to address economic concerns, unemployment, and other pressing national issues.
