Kremlin: Security services working to ensure May 9 parade can be held safely

The Kremlin said on Tuesday that its security services were working to ensure that Moscow's annual Victory Day parade on May 9 could go ahead safely in the face of a possible threat from Ukraine.

Several Russian regions have already scaled back events for May 9 - which marks the day when Nazi Germany surrendered at the end of World War Two - citing concerns that pro-Ukrainian saboteurs could target the proceedings.
