A massive fire erupted on Friday night in a plastic bag manufacturing unit located in Delhi's Nangloi area, according to the Delhi Fire Service (DFS).

As of now, no injuries have been reported. At least 28 fire tenders have been deployed to contain the blaze, officials stated.

A distress call was received around 9 PM, indicating the fire started at a factory in Nilothi village. The blaze quickly spread due to the presence of chemicals and plastic materials in the single-storey premises.

Firefighting operations are still ongoing, with safety protocols in place to prevent any injuries, DFS officials confirmed.
