According to a regulatory filing, the newly launched project in Sector 71, Gurugram, has received an overwhelming response, with expressions of interest surpassing twice the available number of apartments.

Pradeep Aggarwal, Chairman of Signature Global, noted the project's tremendous response, indicating a shift in modern buyers' expectations towards premium quality and lifestyle. Signature Global, listed on stock exchanges last year, aims to continue accommodating these evolving trends.
