Tragic Collapse: One Dead, Eight Injured at Under-Construction Hospital

A tragic incident occurred in Dwarka North on Thursday when a 30-year-old woman named Devi died and eight others sustained injuries after the wall of a basement in an under-construction private hospital collapsed, officials reported.

Police on patrol discovered a gathering near the site in Sector 12, close to a petrol pump. Upon investigation, it emerged that the basement wall had given way, trapping several individuals underneath, according to a senior police officer.

Emergency services quickly arrived, transporting a total of nine injured individuals to two different hospitals. Sadly, Devi was declared dead upon arrival at IGI Hospital.
