Infrastructure giant Larsen & Toubro (L&T) announced on Wednesday that it has secured a contract to build an automobile plant near Bengaluru. The project is aligned with the Indian Green Building Council norms, ensuring sustainable construction practices.
The contract, awarded to L&T's buildings and factories business vertical, includes a comprehensive design and execution package that covers civil, structural, architectural, and MEPF (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection) services.
L&T, a $27 billion Indian multinational, boasts extensive expertise in engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) projects across various sectors and geographies.
