Formed in 2021, the Mumbai-based firm has launched nearly 10 plotted development projects spanning 650 acres in Maharashtra, Goa, and Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh, meeting strong post-pandemic demand for housing plots.
Chairman Abhinandan Lodha revealed plans to launch over 2,000 plots by end of the year and highlighted the Rs 1,800 crore capital expenditure outlay for 2024-25, funded through internal accruals. Expansion plans include launching projects in 48 cities with high potential due to existing or forthcoming infrastructure.
