Oberoi Realty's Landmark Luxury Launch in Thane

Oberoi Realty has recorded impressive sales of Rs 1,348 crore from its newly launched 75-acre project in Thane, Mumbai. The project, Oberoi Garden City Thane, includes luxury homes, a JW Marriott Hotel, and an Oberoi International School, with bookings for two residential towers already underway.

Oberoi Realty has achieved remarkable sales figures, reaching Rs 1,348 crore, for its newly unveiled residential project at Thane within the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Launched on October 18, Oberoi Garden City Thane spans 75 acres and will be developed in multiple phases, featuring over 30 world-class amenities, including a 5-star JW Marriott Hotel and an Oberoi International School.

The initial phase introduces five residential towers, with bookings already open for two. Vikas Oberoi, Chairman and Managing Director of Oberoi Realty, expressed gratitude for the customer response, aiming to set new standards for luxury living in Thane.
