Brigade Group, a prominent real estate company, has announced a substantial investment plan for Kerala, amounting to Rs 1,500 crore. This initiative is a part of their expansive growth strategy in the region.
The investment is projected to generate employment for approximately 12,000 individuals over the next five years, as per the company's statement during the Invest Kerala Global Summit 2025.
The group's ambitious plans include establishing a second World Trade Center in the state, following the success of WTC Kochi, alongside residential and luxury resort projects set to complete by 2030, with the Kerala government's support.
