A tragic road accident, linked to dense fog, claimed the life of a tractor driver in Uttar Pradesh's Mau district early Wednesday morning. The incident highlights the ongoing struggle against harsh weather conditions that have gripped large areas of the state.
The crash, occurring at around 5:30 am on the Shahroze four-lane road, was reportedly caused by poor visibility. A trailer collided with a cement-laden tractor near Bakhtawarganj Ghat bridge, prompting the vehicle's driver to flee the scene. Police efforts are continuing to apprehend the driver.
