New Flyover Eases Traffic Congestion at Madhya Kailash Junction

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M K Stalin inaugurated a new flyover in Madhya Kailash junction to alleviate traffic congestion, connecting Rajiv Gandhi Salai and Sardar Patel Road. The two-lane flyover aims to streamline traffic flow in Adyar, eliminating significant delays for commuters. Safety measures include a 45-metre radius curve.

The bustling Madhya Kailash junction in Tamil Nadu witnessed the inauguration of a new flyover by Chief Minister M K Stalin, marking a significant development in easing traffic congestion in the area.

Costing Rs 60.68 crore, the project was undertaken by the Highways and Minor Ports Department to connect Rajiv Gandhi Salai with Sardar Patel Road, addressing chronic congestion issues in Adyar.

The flyover, a two-lane one-way structure that extends 652 metres with approach roads, is set to streamline the commute for thousands, eliminating previous delays experienced by office-goers and students.
