The project, with a budget of Rs 113 crore, promises modern facilities and is inspired by the new Parliament structure.
Officials detailed the facility, highlighting parking space for up to 95 vehicles in the lower basement, supplementary parking in the upper basement, two canteens, a wellness center, extensive seating, and media accommodations. The Assembly hall will cater to 130 members, expandable to 142.
Choudhary stressed that the initiative had been delayed for years but is now given priority by both the Speaker and the Chief Minister.
