Weather Patterns in State Capital: A Surprising Shift

Rainfall was observed in Gorakhpur and Lakhimpur Kheri. A clear sky is forecasted for Lucknow, while eastern regions may see isolated rain.

The weather in the state capital took an unexpected turn on Friday, recording a maximum temperature of 33.3 degrees Celsius, a notable 6.1 degrees below the typical range, according to the meteorological department.
Meanwhile, in Orai, temperatures soared to 41.6 degrees Celsius, making it the hottest location in the state, followed closely by Jhansi at 39.6 degrees and Banda at 39.2 degrees Celsius. Limited rainfall was reported in Gorakhpur with 3.3 mm and in Lakhimpur Kheri with 2.0 mm.
The forecast for Lucknow predicts a mainly clear sky with temperatures expected to peak at 37 degrees Celsius and dip to a low of 22 degrees Celsius. Western Uttar Pradesh is likely to remain dry, whereas the eastern regions might experience isolated rain and thundershowers.
