Denta Water Reports Decline in Profit Amidst Rising Expenses

Denta Water and Infra Solutions has reported a 33.66 per cent fall in standalone net profit at Rs 9.10 crore for the fourth quarter of FY 2025-26, on account of higher expenses.
It had reported a net profit of Rs 13.72 crore in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement on Tuesday.
During the January-March period, the company's expenses inched up to Rs 44.84 crore from Rs 37.97 crore in the year-ago quarter.
However, its operating revenue increased to Rs 55.31 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 54.15 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.
For the entire FY26, the company's net profit stood at Rs 60.84 crore, up 15 per cent from Rs 52.89 crore in FY25. Operating revenue rose 23.17 per cent to Rs 250.37 crore during the entire fiscal from Rs 203.28 crore in the preceding financial year.

Our focus will remain on timely project delivery, operational excellence and creating long-term sustainable value while contributing meaningfully to India's water infrastructure and water security initiatives," said C Mruthyunjaya Swamy, Chairman of Denta Water.
The company further said it will continue to actively explore opportunities across key growth markets, including Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Uttar Pradesh, supported by increasing tender activity and rising investments in water infrastructure development.
