Tropical storm Arthur degenerates into a low pressure area along upper Texas coast, NHC says

Tropical Storm Arthur has degenerated into a low-pressure area along the upper Texas coast, with life-threatening flooding expected to continue in the southeastern United States.

​Tropical ​storm ‌Arthur degenerates ​into ‌a low pressure area along the upper ‌Texas coast, the ‌U.S. National Hurricane Center said ⁠in ​its ⁠latest advisory on Thursday.

"Life-threatening ⁠flooding expected ​to continue across portions ⁠of the southeastern ⁠United ​States," the Miami-based forecaster ⁠said.
