British summer rains and World Cup woes: Viral memes correctly depict situation

Three rained out games and more feared, the World Cup 2019 seems to be a bit under the weather but the International Cricket Council (ICC) has made it clear that there's not much it can do to tackle the situation.

World Cup fans are disappointed but the disappointment of "not so summer-ly" weather is not new for British people, and these viral memes correctly depict their state of mind as rains lash different parts of the UK washing off major events.
