Indian sailor Vishnu Saravanan is poised to bring his fearless approach to the Paris Olympics next month, following his debut at the Tokyo Games. The 25-year-old showcased his 'fighter mentality' during a press conference organized by the Sports Authority of India, expressing his determination to excel.

Saravanan, who qualified earlier this year at the ILCA 7 Men's World Championship in Australia, emphasized the benefits of his fearless mindset. 'That fearlessness kind of taught me like you can perform much better by not putting yourself underneath some of the veteran sailors,' he explained.

Training in Marseilles with renowned sailors like Pavlos Kontides and Tonči Stipanović, Saravanan highlighted the intensity and high tension of the sessions. As he prepares for the unpredictability of Marseille's waters, Saravanan aims to use his tactical skills to navigate the challenging conditions effectively.
