Sneh Rana, spin-bowling all-rounder, emphasizes the Indian women's cricket team's determination and resilience in their ongoing quest for an ICC trophy, drawing confidence from recent triumphs and increased match exposure, while acknowledging the challenges and hard work required.

The recent T20 World Cup triumph of Rohit Sharma’s team has instilled much-needed belief in the Indian women’s cricket squad, according to spin-bowling all-rounder Sneh Rana. The Indian team, favorites to retain the Women's Asia Cup title in Sri Lanka, is eyeing the T20 World Cup in October and the ODI World Cup next year as its true tests.

Speaking to PTI, Rana highlighted India's consistent efforts and the challenges faced in pursuing an ICC trophy, analogous to the men's cricket team’s decade-long journey to their own triumph. She underscored the significance of sacrifices and hard work in achieving such milestones.

Rana also addressed concerns about fielding, recognizing the intent to improve despite occasional errors. Reflecting on her career, she expressed pride in her progress and optimism for the future, particularly with the impact of the Women's Premier League and the steady leadership of head coach Amol Muzumdar.
