India’s top singles player, Sumit Nagal, has returned to the Davis Cup team for the World Group I tie against Sweden. Yuki Bhambri has opted out of the match, with Ashutosh Singh being named the new coach. Sasikumar Mukund was not considered due to suspension.

India's top singles player Sumit Nagal has rejoined the Davis Cup squad for the World Group I tie against Sweden, scheduled for September 14-15.

However, Yuki Bhambri will not participate in the match, with the team now coached by former national champion Ashutosh Singh.

Notably, Sasikumar Mukund was excluded due to a two-tie suspension.
