Tennis player Jack Draper, now ranked 25th, reflects on his successful comeback to the ATP Tour, attributing his improvement to his old fitness trainer and greater confidence. Despite previous injuries, Draper hopes to build on his recent form and progress further in the U.S. Open, having already reached the fourth round.
Jack Draper, ranked 25th in the world, credits his resurgence on the ATP Tour to his old fitness trainer and a newfound confidence. Draper returned to the fourth round of the U.S. Open following a solid 6-3 6-4 6-2 win over Botic Van de Zandschulp on Saturday.
The British tennis hopeful had previously faced significant challenges, including a shoulder injury that plagued him during last year's tournament. His improved health and consistent performance on the tour have been key to his ascent in the rankings.
As Draper prepares for a fourth-round battle against Czech player Tomas Machac, he remains optimistic about his chances, stating that his mental and physical readiness have him well-prepared for the challenge.
