Jasprit Bumrah Reclaims Top Spot in ICC Test Bowling Rankings

Indian pace bowler Jasprit Bumrah has reclaimed the peak of the ICC Test bowling rankings following a six-wicket haul in the second Test against Bangladesh in Kanpur.
The 30-year-old Bumrah unseated his countryman, Ravichandran Ashwin, who had been Player of the Series against Bangladesh.
Spinner Ravindra Jadeja retained his sixth position, while fellow spinner Kuldeep Yadav stayed at 16th. On the batting front, Yashasvi Jaiswal has climbed to a career-high third spot after 11 Tests, bolstered by two impressive innings in Kanpur. Veteran batsman Virat Kohli also re-entered the top 10 after making gains in his rankings.
