Top seeds Jeevan Nedunchezhiyan and Vijay Sundar Prashanth of India clinched the doubles title at the Maha Open ATP Challenger 100 Men's Tennis Championship, held at Mhalunge Balewadi Tennis Stadium, Pune. The Indian duo overcame Australia's Blake Bayldon and Matthew Christopher Romios with a scoreline of 3-6, 6-3, 10-0.
This victory secures Jeevan and Prashanth's first title as a pair, earning them prize money of INR 7 Lakhs and 100 ATP points, advancing Jeevan to 94 and Prashanth to 104 in the world rankings. For Prashanth, this marks his third title in Pune.
On the singles front, American Brandon Holt will compete against unseeded Dalibor Svrcina of the Czech Republic in the finals. Holt dispatched Canadian Alexis Galarneau, overcoming a strong comeback attempt, while Svrcina reached his first Challenger finals after Khumoyun Sultanov retired due to health concerns.
