The 36th Poonawalla Breeders' Multi-Million (PBMM) unfolded seamlessly at Mumbai's picturesque Mahalaxmi Racecourse on February 23, 2025, maintaining its stature as a pivotal event in Indian horse racing. Dubbed the 'Juvenile Derby,' the PBMM's Grade 1 race perpetuates excellence, gathering top-tier thoroughbreds, renowned trainers, and an audience deeply invested in equestrian sports.

In a riveting 1,400-meter challenge, Big Bay, under the expert training of Malesh Narredu and skillfully jockeyed by Suraj Narredu, claimed victory with a stellar 1:23.16 finish. Despite starting at 8/1 odds, Big Bay's speed and endurance surpassed formidable competitors. Accolades followed Circle Of Dreams, with jockey Akshay Kumar, in second, and pre-race favorite Prokofiev, led by David Allan, in third. Sovereign King, guided by C.S. Jodha, completed the top four.
