Global Schools Group Unveils Landmark Interschool Sports Championship

The Global Schools Group is preparing to launch the inaugural Global One Championship, a groundbreaking interschool sports event, in Bengaluru, set to take place from December 12 to 14, 2025. This multi-sport tournament will serve as a platform for over 800 young athletes from 27 campuses across India, showcasing a spectacular display of sporting talent and a drive for global-standard excellence.

The three-day event will host competitions in eight different sports, including Athletics, Badminton, Basketball, Chess, Cricket, Football, Swimming, and Table Tennis. While cricket matches are exclusive to boys in the Under-14 and Under-17 age groups, all other sports will see participation from both boys and girls, ensuring inclusivity.

Beyond the competitive spirit, the championship will offer valuable experiential learning opportunities, with students handling photography and videography duties. The event will conclude with a city tour on December 15, enriching the participants' cultural experience. Matches will be streamed live, engaging families and sports fans online.
