The Royals jump-started the scoring after a quiet beginning, with Manmeet Singh Rai capitalizing on Sam Lane's assist. Tom Boon then widened the gap with a quick brace, sending the Royals into halftime with a three-goal advantage.
In the second half, JSW Soorma HHockey Club increased possession but couldn't break through, as Joshua Beltz cleared their closest effort. Mandeep Singh rounded off the Royals' scoring before a late consolation goal from Jeetpal offered a sliver of solace for the visitors.
