Pole Vaulting Talent Takes Center Stage at Indian Indoor Open

The inaugural Indian Indoor Open Combined Events and Pole Vault Competition is set to captivate audiences at Kalinga Stadium. Record holders Dev Kumar Meena and Baranica Elangovan aim for new heights in this two-day event, drawing over 80 athletes competing in heptathlon and pentathlon across multiple categories.

The highly anticipated Indian Indoor Open Combined Events and Pole Vault Competition has kicked off at the state-of-the-art Kalinga Stadium. The event features national record holders Dev Kumar Meena and Baranica Elangovan, poised to enthrall spectators over the weekend.

With over 80 athletes participating, the meet highlights top-tier talent in track and field. Competitions include the heptathlon and pentathlon, catering to both senior and U20 categories. Notably, the men's pole vault event scheduled for Saturday will see 14 athletes vie for superiority, with the women's final following on Sunday.
