The squad, consisting of 26 members, will be captained by 33-year-old Gustavo Gomez, a seasoned defender from Palmeiras. The lineup includes notable talents like Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Diego Gomez, Atlanta United's Miguel Almiron, Strasbourg forward Julio Enciso, and Independiente striker Gabriel Avalos.

Paraguay will kick off their World Cup journey on June 12 against the United States, one of the host nations. In preparation, the team will face Nicaragua in a pre-tournament friendly.
